About the Role

This is a full-time regional traveling position with daily face-to-face customer interactions throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Appraise and purchase coins, collections, jewelry, and scrap gold/silver
• Buy investment-grade bullion (Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium)
• Educate clients on precious metal pricing and market conditions
• Provide top-tier customer service in a professional, no-pressure environment
• Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
• Promote company programs and encourage customer reviews
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales and purchasing goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Professionalism, reliability, and ethical integrity
• Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly
• Basic computer proficiency, including Google Workspace, Gmail, and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Target Earnings: $50,000–$120,000+ annually

Travel Requirements

This role requires regular travel throughout multiple Midwest states, including overnight stays. Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time.
